EXCHANGE & CREDIT NOTES
For an exchange or credit note to be provided the following conditions must be met:
- Exposupplies must be contacted within 30 days from the date of tax invoice
- The tax invoice relating to the purchase must be provided
- Credit notes must be redeemed 6 months from original issue date
- All returns sent to Exposupplies must be accompanied by a Return Authority Form that will be sent to you to label all boxes that are being returned
- A credit note will not be granted for change of mind
An exchange or credit note will not be provided if products have been damaged due to misuse, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
- All products must be returned in their original and saleable condition
- Photographs of damaged or faulty products must be sent to info@clearbridge.com.au for review by Exposupplies
- Freight charges may apply to any exchanged items
- This will be at the discretion of Exposupplies and will be reviewed on an individual basis
- Exposupplies may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on the total value of the goods being returned
REFUNDS
A refund will only be provided where the following conditions are met:
- There is a fault with the operational quality and/or appearance of a product that renders it unfit for intended use.
- Photographs of damaged or faulty products must be sent to info@clearbridge.com.au for review by Exposupplies
- Exposupplies has been contacted within 7 days from the date of tax invoice.
- The Tax Invoice relating to the purchase has been provided.
- All refunds must be approved by an Operations Manager or Director.
Payments will be refunded to the nominated bank account once details are provided by the customer. Credit card refunds must be processed back onto the original credit card. The refund policy does not apply to products which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. If the product is not considered faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, a refund will not be issued. A refund will not be granted for change of mind.
Exemptions & Order Cancellation
It is not possible to cancel a custom made order once approval is given for production. As the products are custom made to your requirements, they are not saleable and henceforth the order cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled mid-process, we may review the work that has been done against your order and possibly charge a service fee for our work.
Unfortunately Exposupplies can not offer an exchange, credit note or refund on the following items:
- Any custom made products
- Any products specifically cut to size at your request
- Any products powder coated at your request
- Discontinued or display stock
- Freight charges will not be refunded
