Who we are
Expo Supplies is a brand of Clear Bridge Group Pty Ltd, 34–36 Wadhurst Drive, Boronia, VIC 3155 ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit exposupplies.com.au, make an enquiry, talk to us or buy from us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, company, email address, phone number and delivery or site address.
- What you tell us in an enquiry, quote request, order, live chat, email, text message or phone call, including artwork and files you send us.
- Account details if you register on our website.
- Payment details when you pay. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
Information about your visit
- The pages you view on our website, and the date and time.
- How you reached us: the website, search, advertisement, campaign or keyword that brought you here, and the tracking details in the link you clicked (for example utm_ parameters).
- Click identifiers that advertising platforms add to their links, such as Google's click ID, Meta's click ID, Microsoft's click ID and ChatGPT's click reference.
- Technical information such as your browser type, device, language, IP address and the referring website.
- A random identifier stored in your browser, so we can connect the visits that led to your enquiry. It does not contain your name or contact details.
- The phone number shown to you, where we show different numbers for different advertisements, so we can tell which advertisement led to your call.
Calls
Calls to and from our phone lines may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping purposes.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and to prepare quotes, take orders, produce your products, arrange delivery and provide support.
- To manage our relationship with you, including invoices, payments and after-sales service.
- To understand which of our advertising and marketing works, by linking your visits, calls and enquiry to the advertisement or link that brought you to us, and to any order that follows.
- To improve our website and our advertising, including by telling advertising platforms which of their advertisements led to enquiries and orders (see below).
- To prevent spam and fraud, and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (small files or values stored in your browser) to make the website work, remember your preferences and cart, measure visits, and measure and improve our advertising. These may include:
- Our own: the random visitor identifier above, the advertisement or link that brought you here, and a short-lived value that passes your enquiry reference to the thank-you page after you submit a form.
- Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reCAPTCHA spam protection).
- Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising / Bing).
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads), including its click reference cookie and its browser reference cookie.
Advertising partners may use their cookies to show you our advertisements on other websites and apps (remarketing), for example on Google search results or the Google Display Network. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website, such as the cart, may not work without them.
Sharing with advertising platforms
To measure and improve our advertising, we may share limited information with Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft (Bing) and OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads):
- the click identifiers and references described above, including ChatGPT's click reference and the ChatGPT pixel's browser reference;
- your email address and phone number in hashed form (converted by a one-way code so they cannot be read back);
- that you made an enquiry, whether it became an order, and the value of your first payment.
The platforms compare the hashed details with their own users' details to measure which advertisements worked. We do not give them your details in readable form. These platforms may store and process this information outside Australia, including in the United States, under their own privacy policies. You can ask us not to share your information with advertising platforms at any time (see "Your choices").
Other people we share information with
We share personal information only as needed with:
- service providers who help us run our business, such as website and cloud hosting, payment processing, accounting, email, phone and text messaging, live chat, and software tools (including AI tools) we use to handle enquiries and prepare designs and quotes;
- freight carriers and couriers, to deliver your order;
- our related brands within Clear Bridge Group, where you deal with more than one of them;

We keep customer and enquiry records, including how you found us, for as long as we have a business relationship with you and afterwards for record-keeping, accounting, tax and analysis purposes. When we no longer need personal information, we destroy it or remove the details that identify you.
